The entire Sugarcane, Palm and Coconut Jaggery manufacturing setup made of by using Food Grade SS 316 metal. The Sugarcanes are completely water wash before cursing for avoiding sand and foreign bodies. The Sugarcane milk, Palm milk and Coconut milk is passed in 3 stage metal filters for eliminating / controlling of the foreign bodies. The milks are filtered and stored in Food Grade Silo/tank for final filtration by using centrifugal process which are completely eliminated the foreign bodies. The employees are screened towards personal hygiene before entering into the work. The jaggery cured in SS 316 metal trays and sieved by using the grader machine to getting the desired particle size and moisture.
The finished products are packed into food grade packing materials. The packed finished goods are stored in plastic pallets and stored in hygienic warehouse. The required lab tests are conducted and ensuring the quality compliance before dispatch the materials to the customers.

2M Nutri Foods founder basically a farmer and cultivating Raw materials from his own form for making Premium Quality Jaggery products and Edible Oils and supplying to nearby villages since 1980’s. The Besan Flour, Atta with Multigrains, Edible Oils manufacturing and packing units are inaugurated and commencing the production from beginning of 2023. The other food items are sourcing and supplying from a reputed firm to 2M Nutri Foods customers.
The Jaggery processing plant setup in traditional method of preparation and keeping on mind that making the Jaggert very hygenically. The 2M Nutri Foods developed the manufacturing unit to fullfilling the domestic and international quality standards of FSSAI, BIS, ISO, GMP and etc.
